There is no substitute for training and experience. Harley-Davidson University provides current training only to qualified employees of a
Harley-Davidson dealership. We are happy to say that all of our service staff is current. Many of our parts personnel also participate in the
service training - just to serve you better!

We offer before and after dynamometer runs with all performance upgrades. Or, if you first want to know how much torque and horsepower your bike is putting out, call for a professional dyno appointment.

What to do in the event of a mechanical breakdown:
1. Use all reasonable means to protect your motorcycle from further damage resulting from continued operation.
2. Return your motorcycle to the selling dealer to determine the problem and cause of failure. If this is not possible, call the Service Center.
3. Prior to having repairs performed under the terms of this contract, make sure you or the repair facility has received authorization from the
Service Center.
